Uzzie survived cause Smith did his finger, otherwise it would have been as named (albeit shuffling the order).
Danny Southern telling Plugga he's fat, I'd like to see that!

Usman was never getting dropped regardless of Smith’s injury. He will finish up at the end of the Ashes.
When Smith comes back for the second test, Inglis goes out

Geez, that's a long time for an underperforming opener to last.
Means you're probably right! haha

Just have a bad feeling about this series

Long night ahead on the sofa, will reassess after day 1 whether that will continue

Windies couldn't catch a cold

Saying that they've finally caught one

Green is a dead set SPUD

Khawaja dropped at 1st slip playing his usual crap back foot defensive prod at a ball that was no need to play at. The guy is cooked at this level.

If Australia are thinking Khawaja, Konstas and Green are gonna get the job done against England then load up on the Poms as Aust will be NO CHANCE

Only just sat down to watch now, have we been too negative with our batting? I think thats been our biggest problem the last couple of years. Khawaja and Labashaugne have allowed the bolwers to dictate too much. Looks like the 3 out batsman struggled to score

Were you watching it standing up?

Notice how once Trav hit a boundary the pressure lifted off of Usi and he hit 10 the next over (including a six)?

One I think Konstas will be a flash in the pan so that isn’t going to help Usi for the Ashes and dear God, what’s the infatuation with Green at 3, especially not bowling, use ready made #3 that you made open against the best bowler around atm!

We’ll lose the Ashes.

I guess the Lords pitch wasn’t that bad after all, we just can’t bat as well as we used to and it’s a bowlers game nowadays?

All out 180

WI 4/57

I think given their lineup we still will have a first innings lead

well you got the 80 part right just 100 out, if they had caught Usman early may well have been on the money

Trav didn't seem to have any trouble at all, just look at some of our batters techniques, especially the lack of footwork.

Anyway off to bed for a few hours ;)

The sooner this flog is sacked the better.
How the hell has he been guaranteed the Ashes? We picking teams 7 matches ahead of the schedule now?
He wont top 50 during the whole series against England, we will lose 4-1, bowlers might snag us one test in favourable conditions
