They retired 15 years ago. Probably not the result of current list management decisions.Brodlach wrote:Eagleton and Welsh were a while back but also Bonner who most thought he’d always come backBooney wrote:SnellingWolf Pack wrote:Don’t blame you.Brodlach wrote:I think I’m done with West. By all reports Bonner was heading back before St Kilda gave him a lifeline. He then got a job with Melbourne's NGA program and a VFL list spot with Casey. Not sure Westies could offer anything like that.

Re: INS & OUTS 2026
I did say the first two were a while back, other clubs don’t seem to have the same issues. The ones that haven’t come back are quality SANFL players not newly delisted kids. Sturt tend to get most back as do Glenelg and Norwood
I don’t blame our current FD solely, our past couple have been below average IMO. Might be good blokes but have way under delivered.
You are correct re the juniors, only hope they develop into quality A Grade footballers under Bassett who will be good for them.
It’s just frustrating being a West supporter and I usually am more buoyant than most.

He won a lot of games earlier, when Phillips was around, not so well since.
Mine was a genuine question not trying to get a rise.
