Plympton by 124pts
Golden Grove by 153pts
Para Hills by 147pts
Some big wins here!

Did nt see our games this week due 2 wedding, But i heard Darnell Chantrelle absolutly dominated procedings from CHF kicking 10. He is finding his feet with us and we couldnt be happier. Top bloke too. He will be lookin forward to Para Hills this week, he has a point to prove.

Golden Grove hit back weel for their 1st win. Kenilworth improving as well

In defence of our reserves result, we had 12 players out from the A's and B's. Depth has been tested all year. Even president Mick Platten pulled on the boots for a run his his FP kickin 2.

Must have been tested - I see Dave Moir played as well! And Frankie Dolensky! Neither of those blokes have played for years as far as I'm aware.

the kenilworth game was close with about 5 minutes to go with mitcham up by 11 points, then mitcham got some easy goals. Kenilworth had about 5 quality A graders out, but that is no excuse. There was a strong wind blowing at st mary park which mitcham kicked into in the last qtr. Must win game this week for kenilworth versus plympton, dont want to lose track with the top 5.

Heard Dave went allright when he was younger, ive never seen him play so i dont know, he's been runnin around in the C's
And Frankie is a top bloke, been downhill mountain bike riding with him a few times and he is so funny. Very good tap ruckman, fitness is his biggest issue at the moment but he mustve had a good one on Saturday, In the bests. So many good players coming back. Its great. When we get sorted for injuries we will have 3 very strong teams.

So dogwatcher, do u have a secret identity or something?

Ahhh Dogwatcher is my 'secret identity'.

Dave did used to go well when he was younger too.
Frankie's a champ - I played up a grade (along with Lee Nicholas and Mouse Prosser) cos we didn't have an under10s side when I was a kid - and he looked after me a bit then.
Loved his aths - his dad used to train him.

Well done Jono. I know you will read this as Moose has told me that you do. Good on you for getting your first win and hope there are a few more coming up. Had my first visit to Harpers Field the other week with the GX Juniors. Nice oval with a good surface.

Ok People here are the results from this week.

Para Hills def Elizabeth by 28pts
Mitcham def Garden Grove by 52 pts
Hectorville def Smithfield by 14pts
Glenunga def Brahma Lodge by 3pts
Plympton def Kenilworth by 64pts

Reserves
Para Hills def Elizabeth by 70pts.
Mitcham def Golden Grove by 60pts
Hectorville def Smithfield by 82pts
Brahma Lodge drew Glenunga
Plympton def Kenilworth by 160pts

Our A grade result was very dissapointing. Captain Matt Switala had to pull out due to work just b4 the game, Dave Ellis busted his ankle up in the 1st half, Alan Casey not showing up. On top of all the injurys we already had, it made it hard for us to compete with a quality side like Para Hills.

In the magoos, if we hadnt let them jump us in the 1st quarter we would have beaten them, we played a lot better in the 2nd half, outscoring them.

All fairly predictable results in all the other games.

we got totally outclassed by a better team in the A's, we do have a few injuries at the moment but that is no excuse. The B grade completly done over by a better side, B's are just struggling badly

He is gonna be a B grader for us, only coz of injury he has been on the bench in the A's for the last 2 weeks.
