No, Im not making a smart ass comment, I was at the Australian primary Schools Athletics carnival about a year ago, and there were some very cut and well built 12 year olds running for NSW.

Normally kids have to provide birth certificates to participate, but were told by their officials that because they don't have any documentation they were just placed to race in their year level... big ruckus..

correct...they all get the same birthdate when they arrive..i am 100% sure overagers are playing in some grades of juniors

that happened with lockleys 15's few eyars back
had some indigenous blokes come down for the county, the captain used to drive the bus to the games and 80% had beards!!
I dont believe they had birth certificates so they could play in 15's!!
