Luke Norman said today at the Mall that Chambers still looked a bit proppy to him. Chambers didnt look overly enthused with the comment, but for me i think he will play and Norman is playing games.
Thats what im talkin aboooouuuut!!!!!!

Re: 2009 Grand Final - Central vs. Sturt @ Football Park
will chambers play or wont he? it will not bother roy or the dogs players one bit. this sounds very familiar, 2007 springs to mind EG: will wintle play or wont he? that also didn't bother central, 10 goal win I recall. if luke norman is trying to play mind games he is barking (pun intended) up the wrong tree. I am not saying the dogs will win by ten but I will say the central players will love all the attention being on sturt which allows them to go about their business on the day quietly, putting all the pressure on the blues. dogs by two goals or so.

Re: 2009 Grand Final - Central vs. Sturt @ Football Park
Well, what a week it's been! After the jubilation of last Sunday's win, this week has seen my anticipation for tomorrow's game building daily. I think I've enjoyed the build up to this game more than I did in 2002.
I think that if we can play 4 quarters of hard but skillful footy we're every chance to win. Drop off for as much as 10 mins and we'll be destroyed. After last weeks game I know our boys have the mental toughness to do the job.
Players that need to put their mark on the game for us will be Herring, Crane, Gum and Evans. These guys all have the ability but I'm yet to see their best this finals series... I'm pretty sure the likes of Sheedy, Coad, McGlone, Trengove, Nelson and McLeay and co. will do what's required of them.
The effort put in this year (after so many wrote the Blues off with the loss of so many senior players) has been superb. Very proud of what they've done and this time tomorrow I hope they've created a new 'Finest Hour'
GO YOU MIGHTY DOUBLE BLUES!!!

Good luck to both sides, may it go down as one of the classics of the modern era.
May the Mighty Blues prevail!
I most likely will not listen to it live, and will await the DVD sent over from Australia in roughly a week's time.
So while I am still here I will just offer some last words before I head in to voluntary hibernation:
COME ON YOU BLUES
May the Mighty Blues prevail!

I'm gonna sit back, crack the top off a Pale Ale, and watch the Double Blues prevail
