We don't have any off shore tours in 2025 do we? I would think that Usman would retire after a series in Australia, especially given that Sydney is always the final test.

You're a long time retired and if you're still at the top of your game you should continue on......................well that's what I'm hoping for.

On the flip side, it's a good time to be producing runs as an opener at shield level.

Not sure if anyone caught The Back Page last night, but when the topic of who should open came up last, Candice couldn't have been any more smug.
Funnily enough I did see that. When she spoke about the team I just turned over.

Test next year in Sri Lanka and West Indies and then possibly WTC in the UK
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Interestingly if we don't pick Konstas every player in the first test side this summer will be over 30 years old.

There's supposed to be a tour to Sri Lanka in late January/February, no dates are confirmed yet though and the WTC final (if Australia qualify) is June 11th.

Sri Lanka, West Indies plus hopefully the WTC. I only know that because abuse I’m trying to plan holidays next year and squeeze a tour of the Windies in along the way

Absolutely that's where her mind was going, I don't think she's got the mental dexterity to think that quickly on her feet though.

Ponting is my all time favourite to watch. Amazing.

The 'no 100's in India' stat sits a little bit uncomfortably when discussing the best since Bradman however.
