The best way i can describe child birth is (and trust me i'm sure everyones experience is different) the most beautiful, disgusting and incredible thing i have ever witnessed!!! And on the big day, you will feel the most useless you have ever felt... My poor wife was unable to speak, so i didn't get the yelling at me thing...

my wife hates it, but my sleeping improved after my daughter was born... My wife had no problems feeding, and i didn't push expressing so i could do it during the night, i think i woke up a couple of times... however won't be so lucky next time...
