I tell you it's going to be a interesting round next year when SPOS Vs Mawson Lakes (Old SPOS) play each other. Even more so when it's played at the college. I too will be feeling rather different when we play SPOS at the college.

Maybe they can play for the Geoff Riddle SPOS cup.

That has a very enticing sound to it. If there was a bye next year and it happen to fall on us. That would be a game I'd go and see.

Out of respect for you and what you were able to achieve at Ingle Farm, i'll let this slide through to the keeper.. ;)

answer the other part of the question..

Or was the text message from a Para Hills person courting you for the A grade gig...? ;)

And no Bedge, I wouldn't be heading back to Para hills mate ;)

Pretty sure HBF was not referring to IF when he made mention of getting shafted. He left IF on his own accord. I would say he was definitely referring to Mawson Lakes and a certain individual, and possibly Brahma.

I'm well aware he was referring to Brahma, not IF ;)

HBF was not shafted at Mawson Lakes, would love to hear your story if you think he was

Wow I love this place !! Make a comment sticking up for a bloke then all of a sudden it becomes news. Wasn't referring to IF or Lakes, but mind you my relationship with a former mate who I employed made it a little untenable

This is just taking the heat off the fact that PARA HILLS have now advertised for an A grade coach

Yes, Damien Stagg appointed today.

The St. Paul’s Old Scholars Football Club is pleased to announce Damien Stagg as our club coach (A grade) for season 2018. Damien joins our club as a former St. Paul’s student, teacher and coach. Damien also brings with him a range of football experiences, including: playing, coaching, and administrative roles. More recently, Damien coached the St. Paul’s College 1st XVIII from 2009-2016. We look forward to what Damien is going to bring to the role.
Details surrounding a ‘meet the coaches’ day and pre-season dates will be announced at the end of the month. We hope everyone is enjoying the off season! #sposfc2018

I take it back - I'm not sure what the hell I was on this arvo - but it was the Para Hills ad I saw and given I wrote this in the D7 thread I was probably supposed to write Para Hills

there is no ad for Pooraka (that I'm aware of)

Awful news to hear about the fire that ripped through Lonsdale footy club last night - hopefully you guys haven't lost too much historical stuff and can re-build in time for season 2018.

Death to firebugs.

Thanks, it can all be replaced. It's going to take a lot of hard work but we will be ready for 2018 i'm sure.
