Re: Southern Football League
Flagstaff Hill to Hills D1 and Hackham to Hills D2
Lofty & Echunga relegated, D2 premier goes up
= 2 x 10 team divisions
*completely unsubstantiated rumor*

Re: Southern Football League
Bumper round of matches, some nice weather to match as well.
Brighton over Flaggies by 20 - Bombers to bounce back and show they are a serious premiership contender
Cove over Aldinga by 36 - Aldinga with a lot of improvement this year but still not at the required level to beat Cove
Happy Valley over Christies Beach by 10 - Close match. Could go either way
Noarlunga over Morphie Parks by 44 - Can Noarlunga continue to peak for September?
OSB/Lonsdale over Marion by 15 points - Another close game, could go either way. But previous matches suggest Lions will have the wood on them
Port Noarlunga over Hackham by 65 points - Porties with too much class for the Hawks
Reynella over Morphett Vale by 4 points - Match of the round. Will Reynella use their oval size to advantage an run over the Emus? Will be a bumper crowd for the Sunday match.
Good luck to all teams this week

Morphetville Park to head to Division 4.
Any truth that if Brighton decide to go the SFL would remove ALL sides from the final series ?
Has this rumour gained legs ?

I think that this would be a petty response if it was to happen. Unnecessary and BDOS have earned the right to be there. But that's just my personal opinion.

Re: Southern Football League
Brighton v Flaggies: Pigs by a kick. We need this one.
Cove v Aldinga: Cove by 55, too strong at this time of year
Happy Valley v Christies Beach : Saints by 18
Noarlunga v Morphie Parks: Shoes by 5 goals, would be closer at the pasty.
OSB/Lonsdale v Marion: Lions by 3. Both teams to slog this one out to the death.
Port Noarlunga v Hackham: Porties in a canter, 100+
Reynella v Morphett Vale: Emus by 20, more if they have those same ****ing kicking boots on as last week!

Heard a rumour last night that the Community Football Board has been disbanded and that the SANFL will take over control of all Leagues, first thing they want to implement is a player levy to get rid of there debt.

Isn't the sale of Football Park supposed to clear the debt? Anyway any organisation that elects John Olsen as its president anything is possible.

The SANFL does not control football, or its finances, in this state so the second and third parts couldn't happen.

Lonsdale
Why would Lonsdale move to another league when they have half the SFL protecting them from extinction

2017
Lets look at facts!
Brighton div 3 SAAFL 2017
M/Parks div 4 SAAFL 2017
Hackham looking at div 7 SAAFL with the SAAFL rejecting proposal for 2 years?
Marion where in discussion with SAAFL but have severed communication and approached the SFL to assist in supporting 2017 SFL
Any one like to elaborate .
