Central District 34.00
Port Adelaide Magpies 41.00
West Adelaide 51.00

Port and Centrals huge drifters and WWT come in.

Mondays odds but very good value on Sturt after first 2 matches if you can still get it.

Off the top of my head, say Spargo and Mickyj have a crack at a Glenelg/Eagles game. Could be a winner,

BigPhil can you help push this along?

Lol if I’m healthy enough why not after May I could be ok to do it

That would be great. Spargo I think will jump at the chance.

By the same token I would expect Norwood to drift out given two loses at home (yes to good sides and they do have a long injury list)

You would be fine. This is how Sandy Roberts got his start back in the days of the live reserves broadcast.

I would suspect you to be a Bruce McAvaney type which would suit Mickyj's style which is a cross between KG and Daryl Eastlake.

April 24 Bays v Eagles at Baynamarama Stadium with a late kick off of 5pm.

Think this could have a bit, just a bit, of the Bill Lawry and Tony Greig vibe.

3 of the 4 Online bookies (TAB, Sportsbet and Topsports) currently do not have SANFL premiership betting with only Ladbrokes betting.

I think their market shows that someone(s) has had a fair crack at Sturt and possibly across all 4 providers.

Sturt 4.00
North Adelaide 4.25
Adelaide Crows (SANFL) 4.50
Glenelg 6.00
Woodville-West Torrens 7.00
South Adelaide 8.00
Norwood 9.00
Central District 17.00
Port Adelaide (SANFL) 67.00
West Adelaide 101

Half watching nine news last night, the sports presenter was discussing ths week's Clowns selections. Didn't catch the players names, but apparently two of them will be playing in the sanfull (sic) this week.

Could the mainstream media be any further removed from reality?

Agree Stampy
I had feared NW would have no ruckman if Boyd was drafted mid 2022
Instead they ended with 2 when gifted Surman

Dont think they could have won the 2022 flag without both Boyd and Surman

I guess they were right, sort of

"Four of South Australia’s finest are set to line-up for Australia in a Gather Round exhibition match against Port Adelaide’s SANFL team at Mount Barker on Saturday evening"

Same. Just worked out how to use the code to get my free membership login to work, but I can't find the Budget in there.

I know im talking a much smaller scale but many on here including myself have said for years now that the SANFL should try a 'round 1' quadruple header at AO to start the season and generate buzz for the comp.

This kind of 'event' should be on the SANFL agenda with the success of the AFL's Gather Round and demand for 'carnival of football' event.

They've missed a trick as usual.

Can you think of four clubs that are happy to give up a home game?

Can you get the SMA onside to play four games there the same weekend as an AFL game?
