Couldn't of had a good response from Bute when he tried for $$$ so now at farmers, wonder how much he got there?
Think he met with Bute out of courtesy and probably also curiosity.. not getting paid at the farm though.. he signed for $0 per game..
my mail is he was the one who initiated contact with bute and not the other way around, may have been trying to increase club interest and push up his perceived worth, good ploy if it has worked

Returning premiership player, wanting to come back to play with some mates. Only left to show respect to John Beer, which i admire him for.. Always said he'd be back and we are very happy to have his 70 odd goals back too. Something we definitely lacked last season.

That is such a waste of money. That's why footy is going down hill fast. No-one plays footy now because they want to play with their mates or because they enjoy playing at the club. Such a shame.

I dont agree with that statement at all mate, sure there are a few who change abit either for money or for greener pastures but there is a hell of alot more who stay for nothing and stick around with there mates.
I myself changed quite abit but now ive found a club that id do anything for and only want to see it succeed

Agree, the high money chasers would be in the minority..
Plus I would be doubtful any player would get $400 a game in this division..
