No explanation given, outside of the ambiguous phrase "for operational reasons".
Re-scheduling me on a return flight via another city on the next day, leaving me stranded with no accomodation.
Their helpline requiring me to spend 5 minutes punching numbers before I get to a human, who speaks with a semi-comprehensible accent and only knows how to book flights, not handle issues.
There being no listed way to directly contact a local virgin office, not even at the airport.
Things that don't give me the shits:
My adelaide-based travel team who had me rebooked on a Qantas flight in quick time.
Virgin: you get what you pay for. Serves me right for agreeing to fly with them.
They're all shite
Do not accept a flight credit
Make sure you demand your money back within 14 days or you will issue proceedings in the small claims court

Just got billed $92.70 no wonder everyone goes to hospitals that is simply robbery
No shit, same thing today, $62.80 to find out my lad's xray results. I know I'll get $42.80 back but seriously.....and the Doc called 3 hours late.
This is the real reason of ramping, not the lack of paramedcis/ambulances etc (although they are real problems to). Make GP's affordable/accessible and hospitals would be less inundated with "minor" issues.
Given what other professions charge I think GP’s are very well priced given what they do.
After your rebate it’s less than $50 a visit/consult/phone consult
There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.

I have always said the way to fix ramping is charge doctors rates to visit.
But no government has the balls to properly address the problem

Exactly.
If it’s an emergency you’ll pay whatever the charge.

Unfortunately, the entire health system is cactus.
If they did start charging for a hospital visit, people would then move to their local doctors
Try and get an urgent appointment now - its going to overlead that framework if there is a shift fron the public to the private system
It's easier to wait 12 hours in a hospital than 2 weeks for a GP
It's only going to get worse.
There needs to be a Commonwealth Health Minister who has the ability and foresight to plan a future.
Good luck finding a politician with those capabilities
