I moved from Citi when NAB bought them. The change in service was very noticeable
NAB are appalling at giving new loans or cards

Depending on what your situation is (ie) fixed or similar, call them and put the acid on them

I've always found: "That's fine - I'll find another provider and you won't get a second go at it before I move it" makes them listen

Try ING - not the absolute cheapest but the (onshore) service is fantastic
