Got the brother in law over at the moment and he is normal (i.e. in the majority) when it comes to Teeball. He was watching the game and tea was on so I'd thought I'd have a bit of a bo peep. I'll give it a chance I thought. Nek minnet truly horrible ugly shots, friggin fireworks and Andy Maher. I'd soon seen enough. It doe$ create something but it means nothing. I'm not sure if it's beneficial for Ashton Agar's cricket in particular for him to be playing in this format.
I know it's here to stay but **** me I hate this shit.

Because more teams equals more matches and two teams in Melbourne and Sydney is intended to create rivalry between them - the a league has done it perfectly
Absolutely hate the current system but do enjoy the format
Adelaide strikers what a load of wank
It's up to CA how many games are in the season, they could have had the same amount of games for tv purposes with less teams it would just mean more games per team
Just shows the modern day mentality that people were happy to see teams with real history be excluded for shiny new bright lights

Well it's putting bums on seats and bringing a wider audience.
We have our season tickets sitting in cow corner....................money well spent, the organisers do a fantastic job to create an awesome atmosphere.
One whinge I will have though, I'm a huge fan of the 50 over format, I think it has everything rolled into one where strategies and risk play a big part. We went to all of the Redback home games 2 seasons ago and despite losing a couple of unloseable games, it made for an entertaining day/evening where a bunch of random kids all got together and played cricket on the hill. I wish they'd return the format instead of the current two week long all in the one region crap that's held in October.

I don't have a problem with t20 I hate the whole created franchise thing and remember there were just as many bums on seats going to watch the redbacks when they were in the initial t20 comp

I wasn't a fan initially but it is what it is and my opinion counts for far call so I may aswell just roll with it.

Differance is the A-League created a ethnic rivalry of sorts, that has a lot to do with why the derbies are so successful
