Could have maybe something to do with the new coach. From my understanding hearing it from a few players that have been coached by him and a couple of assistant coaches he wasnt well received and alot of players were put off by his inability to communicate and his sarcasm.

Never met the bloke but he was the coach when Henley were relegated, well up until the last 3 games.

Has nothing to do with the new coach, alot were evidently on the move well before he was even in the equasion

Same old / same old
It's a new team every year

This ones evidently bigger than previous years, even my lad who has been there 20 years through Juniors etc is on the move, something i never thought he would do.

Very lucky they have a strong womens contingent i think

I can tell you a group of women were looking at moving too however the new coach has helped to ease some concerns after a not so good last season

They're not going to get the club back into M1.

I'm pretty sure they aren't in too good of a financial shape either. The new clubrooms hasn't been a great outcome with the council slugging them a huge fee. The council have also rejected their plans for fencing or something for them to put advertising of sponsors signs on.

He wouldn’t say. He said that he has to train at Seaton. Chamberlain and Sherlock and I believe Luke Young another one leaving are all playing together.
Buekner off to Mildura.

I did hear a rumour today that one of the players leaving has been offered $4k sign on fee and $2500 a game and they will fly him in each week for a country Victorian team.
