My wife had a miscarriage in early November and it absolutely broke her. She really wants to be a mum so for that to happen to her was hearbreaking. It was so hard for me to know what to do or what to say when it happened and it left me feeling pretty useless while there were days when she didn't want to do anything because she was so upset, it's one of the saddest things I've experienced.
When she was ready we tried again and just like the first time we had no issues and she got pregnant straight away so that was a huge relief.
Everything is going is well as it should be at the moment.
