From left field. Any chance we could trade the Crows for Frankston? Then we only need to find another side to swap places with Port Power Reserves (aka Magpies) and voila No AFL in the SANFL and we can then return to calling it the S.A.N.F.L. and not Sanfull.

Without knowing much about the plight of the Dolphins', it's always sad when a club goes under. Some scathing comments in response that article, most focusing on the amount of $$ the AFL pisses away.

What a sad article. These state commissions are standing by whilst traditional clubs fold. The wafl is rotting the VFL is rotten and the SANFL is looking like it is prepared to follow suit. When will these "custodians" of the game wake up?

its ok though. the pro reserves posters will tell us that the afl isnt interested in destroying the traditional clubs. frankston and the traditional clubs kicked out of the neafl cant be used as examples of what might happen here as it isnt at all relevant. i mean, they are different leagues. the neafl is virtually brand new so just cant be counted, and the vfl is just completely different, or something....... anyway, we are all just whingers remember?

Williamstown, North Ballarat, Port Melbourne and Coburg the only non Afl affiliated clubs now and there is talk the Saints are trying to enter their own side and break away from Sandringham
