Bring Georgey on!! Oh, that's right, we can't. We gave away one of our best bowlers again, saying he couldn't even make the 2nd XI. Deja vu Ryan Harris.
To be fair, since his solitary Test Match Peter George has been ordinary for SA... Don't know if it was the coaching or he was just trying too hard to recapture the form that got him to the top.
Done it the hard way moved to Queensland with out a contract for preseason now got one through his appearances in the limited overs and this shield match.

To be fair, we bought in Worral, and numerous others who are yet to even dominate grade cricket, which P.George did.

0/51 after 18 overs. Cosgrove 7 from 47. Be interesting to see how the new scoring system goes. I'm thinking the plan is get as many (within reason) in the first 100 overs and consider getting them back in.

Would have thought we'd be trying to score some runs this morning as there's only 17 overs left to score points....

Tim neilson said on radio we might declare 50 runs short. What an idiot.

So what was the score at the 100 over mark for both teams? Given this is the only thing both teams are now playing for - the match is essentially over and the rest is batting practice?
