Re: 2024 Adelaide Footy League -Division 2
Are all games live streamed and/or live scores available for the Adelaide Footy League? I've gone to the Adelaide Footy TV section of the website and it shows previous games, but no indication of what games they might be screening for today (if any)? Also, it seems on Play HQ, some games have live scores, while others don't update until after the match. Is there another website with live scores?

You can try Filming Footy on YouTube for today's streamed games.Aerie wrote:Are all games live streamed and/or live scores available for the Adelaide Footy League? Yeah I was super suprised by that result on the weekend as most the games they’ve been involved in this year have been reasonably tight - modbury at modbury obviously is a tough road trip don’t seem to lose many games there.wenchbarwer wrote:Townies new coach taking them from strength to strength...

They have gone down the ‘play the kids’ path and not many of them are ready for this level at this point. It will be a miracle if they’re not in Div 3 next year. Unfortunately they struggled to secure a coach early enough to stop the exodus of players in the off season and the new coach was left mainly with kids and was limited with his time to recruit. I’ve watched most games so far and their best game was against Goody Sts in round 1 and as I’ve said before on here the Saints aren’t that good. Big clash for them this Saturday against Phos who have also taken a big step backwards. Also Towns B grade are woeful so when they get injuries and suspensions there is not much to draw on. Gunna be a long year for the faithful I believe.

Need a much better game plan with a list full of kids than the high possession one, all it does is place the receiver under an insane amount of pressure, and they get killed on the turn over. Haven't seen a side as handball happy as this one.Yank Man wrote:wenchbarwer wrote:Strength to strength to strength, it seems...![]()

What's going on at Goodwood. I expected them to do well in div 2, but don't look like they've settled yet. Only kicked one goal to the half last week.

I was skeptical in the face of all of the hype
30 years of fantatic achievements can mean nothing if the tide is against you in any one or more seasons
I thought they would take 2-3 years to get back to D1

I think they rushed their coach appt too. Nice to promote from within but promoting the B grade coach is not ideal imo.Jimmy_041 wrote:Last years team was not what they used to beMW wrote:What's going on at Goodwood. Because they panic with ball in hand. As I said these kids are way off the pace. Do you have an issue with the coach wenchbarwer.

And they shouldn’t be playing with 17 players. On Saturday one bloke tagged Salisbury Norths back pocket and didn’t even try and get the ball.wenchbarwer wrote:Need a much better game plan with a list full of kids than the high possession one, all it does is place the receiver under an insane amount of pressure, and they get killed on the turn over. Fair enough, I guess when you’re on the bottom winless and probably won’t win a game all year it’s easy to pull game plans to pieces. I’m not on here to defend what they do, but I’ve seen some positives in the first few rounds. I watched the game on livestream against Salisbury North and I agree with most comments on here, they have become very defensive and are now playing very dispirited. I guess all of that comes back to the coach.
