Posted day 2 of the SA V NSW match, 9/10/2024
It was the match Sam Konstas made a ton in both digs
Pope got Konstas out both innings

Pope ended up with 5 wickets
Pope didnt play the next game
After his 0/52 on the first dig, Pope took 6/74 in the second dig today

Pope has 11 wickets in 2 matches this season

Glad to see Thornton get some second innings wickets.

I always thought anyone who can bowl over 145kms would be a handy shield cricketer

When was the last Time we had 3 test cricketers in the test line up.

Assuming Mcsweeney gets the opening job like he should.

I know Mcsweeney was born in QLD but still!!

Joe Mennie the last SA player to play test cricket not born in SA from memory

Onya Armie.

That’s what we need.
Pope might have got 6 but Armie again spins his magic.

Everyone's favourite got the gig! :)
Sydney Thunder have confirmed David Warner as their captain for KFC BBL|14, assigning a new title to the opener less than a fortnight after his lifetime leadership ban was lifted.
