39.3 A Final Five system shall be played at the conclusion of the minor round in Divisions comprising nine (9) teams or more.

it was a bit bizarre as it wasnt fair for the rest of the comp missing out on percentage they said which was correct but it was fair for the 2 sides they played who got nothing out of it except a lot of wasted time, payments to trainers, payments to players, injuries, zero points and a crappy start to the season.. *sigh
