Is the same logic applied if a club contacts a coach who is already under contract and tries to poach them? Glass houses.
I have no knowledge to the situation you are referring to, but I assume the contractual obligations between a coach and club vs a player and club are of a slightly different nature due to coaches more dispensable due to performance reviews etc

Ah yep, I see. In this particular situation it suits your club to ignore an existing contract already in place, instead of insisting that it be honoured like your players. Makes perfect sense.

there is no lid wilbur, its our goal to try and play in a GF of course as all teams should be.. we have recruited nicely but we also have over half a dozen A graders who arent playing this year for whatever reason so it all gets evened out and thats the reality of the situation..months ago i said the 3 college teams and wsfc are the ones to beat in div 5..nothing has changed for me..
as for wcfc, they were excellent..played their chip/possession style well and stuck to it..hawks have lots of pace around the edges and on what i saw must be a lock to be top 3..thanks to michael and his group for the game and best of luck for the year..
The 3 college teams? Puteney Grammar, Christian Brothers College and Smithfield Elementary?

makes perfect sense if a coach is in breach of the conditions of a contract

I will try answer all the questions in one lot here.
Yes a player was told his services were no.longer required. This was after he was reported. He ended up getting a life ban from the league so he couldnt have played anyway.
Yes i have had constant communication with a couple of the contracted players. One has even made it to number 3 on my most contacted list.
I understand that by making this stand i am putting my neck on the chopping block. I also realise that tomorrow i will be another day closer to being sacked, whenever that day may be.
At the end of the day i have made my feelings know to the contracted players and hope that the club can convince them that brahma is not the devil and that we can still make this work.

Wires crossed I think.
Yeah I'm referring to approaching coaches who are already under contract after making a strong stance on players honouring theirs..
