Basically every condition that was on the EBA would be put on your common law contract, except for the pay rise will be negotiated yearly based on your appraisal.
Has anyone gone through this at their workplace? Did it go well?

Mine tried telling me this morning that I'm allowed to tell her to stop drinking when I think she's had enough.

I have an apple watch. Tracks Active Kilojoules, Exercise and Standing per day
Stand goal is basically get up and move around for at least 1 minute per hour, for 12 hours in a day, which is pretty easy to meet, especially as it reminds you when you havent done it for that hour.
Exercise stays constant at 30 mins per day. pretty self explanatory.
The Active Kilojoules goal is kinda similar to the exercise goal, but relates to the intensity of the exercise. And also accumulates when I am just walking around work, but not at a fast enough pace to register as exercise.
I have met the goals for 58 out of the last 59 days (one day i was crook)
The watch is starting to be a real cnt though. In the last 5 weeks, the goal has increased by 9-10% every week, from 2260 to 3480. Given a 4km outdoor walk was about 1200 for me, its become hard to hit the goals. I guess thats the point, but I was liking my streaks haha.
Now i just need to sort my diet out and i might actually start losing some weight

I saw Podiatrist over two months ago who made me some orthotics and gave me some strength exercises for my achilles but still having issues. Can't run at all without pain.......back on the Voltaren 25's.

Just completely tear it and have a moon boot for 3 months, only cure I found. It's been awesome since with no pain.

Orthotics are one thing, the right sneakers are another. Have you been professionally fitted for sneakers?
The 'drop' in the shoe can cause big problems with your achilles.
