I was having real sinus issues and went to the doctor. He blew my ears out with hot water and a drop tray. If you have not had this done before chances are this will remedy a lot of sinus issues. What comes out is basically a wax brick and it is ******* disgusting.

Upon removal the world is a better place to live. I hear better, have no sinus issues and it doesn't hurt when I swim.

Perhaps the extra pressure on your sinuses can be due to blockages. Worst case you get to see some sh$t come out your ears that will make your eyes pop out.

Otherwise my mate Ben reckons cocaine does the trick but the ear cleanse is much cheaper
