COACHING VACANCIES
The Tanunda Cricket Club are seeking applicants for the following coaching positions:

The Walkerville Cricket Club seeks a Club Coach for 2016/17.
We seek a club coach to oversee our proud and determined club and work with our A Grade Captain Brett Knowles. Walkerville C.C is an A1 Turf Club with 4 teams in the ATCA competition and 17 Junior teams. The Club has had a successful and proud history in the ATCA with a strong social and family environment.
We are looking for a coach that can help us succeed now and continue to build on our strong junior program.

Are you looking for a cricket club to play at in the Barossa region? Tired of playing on concrete and want a crack at turf cricket? Out of the game for a while and keen to pull on the whites again? Would like a change of scenery which incorporates a great family based atmosphere?
Light Pass Cricket Club are looking to recruit players for the upcoming 2016/17 season. Based at one of the best turf ovals in the Barossa and Light Cricket Association and with high class facilities, we are looking at strengthening our player depth. With senior sides across three grade levels (as well as junior grades) we have all player abilities catered for.

The Coromandel Valley Ramblers Cricket Club is a successful Cricket Club in the ASCA. We have senior teams in Sec 1, 3, 6 & 8 with many young players throughout all grades. Our junior teams in the South Central Junior Competition compete in the u10, u12, u14 & u16 levels with a regular influx of juniors into our senior ranks each season. The club’s A & B grades have competed in semi-finals for the last 3 seasons but without participation in grand finals. The club has built a very strong base but it is now time to capitalise.
The Club is seeking applications for the role of Senior Playing / Non-Playing Coach for the upcoming season. Prior experience in playing and/or coaching higher levels will be highly regarded and candidates should possess good leadership and communication skills. Remuneration will be negotiable based on skills and experience.

The Alexandra and Eastern Hills Cricket Association is seeking expressions of interest for the position of UMPIRE COACH.
This will be a paid position that is responsible for improving the overall performance of the A&EHCA umpiring panel and developing individual umpires to reach their potential.
Interested applicants must demonstrate the following competencies:
• High level of experience as a cricket umpire
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop/monitor training plans
Core tasks will include:
• Recruiting and supporting new umpires
• Keeping up to date with the laws of cricket, technology and innovations
• Ensuring umpires maintain appropriate levels of training and accreditation

North Eastern Knights Cricket Club
Based at Greenacres and in our first year at PDCA, we are looking for expressions of interest for the 2018/2019 season. Ideally we are looking for someone who has played in Adelaide Turf or a high level within PDCA to assist our club in both a coaching/player role, providing valuable experience to our players while also helping with recruitment if possible.
We are a positive, family club with great facilities, various off field events and are very keen to establish ourselves within PDCA. Currently our A Grade are sitting 3rd in Div 2 and our B Grade are sitting 3rd in Div 4 but we are ambitious and would love to improve both grades and be successful at the highest possible level within PDCA.

The Coromandel Valley Ramblers Cricket Club is a member of the Adelaide & Suburban Cricket Competition with our origin dating back to 1926. We have 5 senior teams and 4 junior teams with those players also fielding two 20/20 teams in both the ASCA and the Hills Cricket Association. Our A grade team has proudly remained in Section 1 of ASCA since our first entry in the 1970s and won the premiership as recently as 2017/18.
For the first time our B Grade will be admitted to Section 2 after a premiership in 2019/20, where we will compete solely against A Grade opponents and represents the depth of talent in our club. Our #1 20/20 team has won the ASCA competition two years running as well as the SAMCA competition on Adelaide Oval in 2018/19. With a successful Junior to Senior transition program we now boast the largest contingent of youth in our senior ranks of all clubs in ASCA.
The club has recently won a grant to construct our first ever clubrooms at the picturesque Hawthorndene oval which will be due for completion at the end of the upcoming season. The time is now right for the club to engage a motivated individual to further develop our on-field success.
The role as a senior club coach will be to oversee our senior program and develop the significant talent in our youth. It will implement the disciplines of high grade cricket within our club and motivate our players achieve on-field success while enjoying the game. This position will ideally be suited to a District A/B grade player who is seeking a more relaxed environment, but equally a non-playing role will suit a past-player.
Key attributes for the applicants:
• Experience at A/B District level or higher as a player or coach
• Leadership skills including an ability to communicate & motivate players of all ages
• Exceptional knowledge of the game and an ability to embed this into our players
• An ability to develop our Captains and Assistant Coaches with match strategies & coaching techniques
• Drive a continuous improvement & development in our players
• Minimum Level 1 coaching accreditation
