Re: South v Porth Sat 1310
Great to see another teenager debut. Pleasing to see Krueger back in after missing one week- like the look of him. Terrible luck for Rose.
Another sub 1000 crowd on the cards? South's supporter base is dwindling each year, the Power Reserves supporters generally don't travel in great numbers, live TV coverage, and ultimately it's a glorified trial game. At least the weather looks decent enough.
South by 3-4 goals.

South easily by 39 . Sub 1000 probable but look on the bright side . You will outnumber the opposition for once.

Said it before and I'll say it again. South home games should never be on a Saturday.
I seriously can't believe how dumb the SANFL is.

I prefer sat arvo to sunday arvo and to be honest when we have had games on sunday the crowds aren't any better and ive been going for 19 years.
I really dont think the SFL has much impact on South crowds and as it is the SFL has its own massive problems with 6 clubs leaving the league in the past 3 years.

Reckon we should win and hopefully win well.
Great to see "Freddy" Kreuger back in the team he looks the goods.
We have some good quality young local lads starting to come through which is great to see because for a long time the club has had to rely on interstate recruits.

Re: South v Porth Sat 1310
If Port continue to be p*ss weak and lack heart then they need to take off the once proud Magpie guernsey and put on the Power guernsey at half time instead.
Pathetic!!

When will Emmanuel Irra stop pretending to be a tough guy and actually get a hard ball or even a kick.

Crowd looks pretty good actually, maybe they will get the message and play on Sundays away from the SFL.
