Eastern Park were too good.

History says the best time to play UNI is around exam and holiday time. Saying that I wouldn't have thought it would have that much affect Eastern Park clearly played well.

PHOS V Walkies game was good in patches. Close first half - PHOS kicked away in the 3rd to have a very good lead but Walkies kicked the last 6 goals of the game to lose by 4 pts.

But a big cheers to the PHOS boys who were buying drinks from the club room pretty much all day and to Weidemann and the A graders who had a few drinks after the game. Good to see the attitude of having a drink in the oppositions rooms after the game is starting to filter through the league.

We had a very good day over the bar. I was in the club rooms all day and saw plenty of PHOS boys walk out with 4 or 5 stubbies every round. Helped that we had 4 premiership reunions and Family Day as well. Look forward to playing you boys agian in the finals
