Good chance I will surpass the 119 and reach the magical 120kg mark by Monday morning
I look 7 months pregnant
I can only just sit and type and just gasp for air Im so fool
Im thirsty as hell after all that salt and cholesterol
But it didnt taste good, it tasted really good

ate ate 2010
my annual pigfest
gunna make it my anniversary each year

Silverchair sang a song of reckoning about me once
TOMorrow a new start ...

When I woke up this morning ...

Guts ache from the foodfest yesterday
B4 I ended up on the Loo , just had to weigh myself
I was trying to get to 119
I went from 118.8 kg to 120.8kg
I ended up stacking on 2kg after the food gorging yesterday
If I did that for about 2 weeks I would end up weighing more than Bayman

Gotta admit I have not got a game plan
I wont diet this week
Will just try and get to some good eating habits
Just cut down bit by bit the volume of food day by day
Bit like a drug addict, gotta ween of the food addiction

One thing I will do in the short term is eat in volumes
But eat the right foods

That's unfortunate.

The "secret" to my massive numbers loss was not drinking at all!

That and kicking junk food in favour of meat and three veg, and copious amounts of walking...

9 AUG 120.8
1 SEP 117.3

Those 3 weeks were a transitional period
Got off all alcohol, and became a water drinker for the main part
Got off sweets and junk during the week, but indulged on the weekends
Didnt really try that much
Exercise was non existant as too sore [walking form where the car is parked to the SANFL games was the extent of it]

The hard work starts this month
16 weeks till 2011
1 kilo per week
= 16 kilos
That gets me down to 101.3
Somewhere along the line will get the extra 1.4 + kilos off and get below 100 by 2011

One thing I will try is
sMALl plate, sMALl spoons if applicable and to masticate the food as slowly as possible

Good for you Mal...it really does work...eye tells brain you've a full plate of food...brain tells tummy it's full.

If you use cheddar type cheeses in salads, sandwiches etc then another, similar, trick is to always grate it rather than have slices or cubes of cheese...uses a lot less but looks like a lot more.
