Would be a surprise considering he told Gepps that he would not continue next season due to work pressures despite them wanting him to continue coaching there.
Yeah and Kurt Tippett was going home to the Gold Coast..
Success is not final; failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts....

My cab driver tells me he has not only been offered the job but has accepted it - Anderson will coach Iggies in 2013

Well I stand corrected if it pans out that way. However, having walked away from Gepps because of "work commitments" (his words) only to then in the same breadth takes the job at Iggies, makes less believable in anything he might say......Not a good thing for a coach IMO.
I also heard that Ando told Iggies he was too busy but has taken an Assistant with him to help during the week. Not sure how that would work - we spoke to him about coaching in the Barossa and he put the same deal to us but we didn't see how it could work. Good luck to Iggies if the Club thinks it can work around that arrangement.

A Clayton's coach!!!! Iggies powerbrokers must either be paying with love or a just plain a bit simple if they accept that type of scenario....besides, I believe it would be out of character for Anderson to enter into such a coaching arrangement. Disrespectful to the Club and players......
Heard a rumour today that apparently Seaton have been given an open cheque book. Apparently the president may have won the xlotto and given them plenty of coin. Prob going to need it after next year losing an estimated 50k a year from the car parking for AFL games

25-30K is what they make from that car parking, although it dropped off this year. It makes you wonder where they'd be getting their $$$$ from as things have dried up down their by all accounts.

They would not be looking forward to AFL moving to Adelaide Oval then to state the obvious. They could be in strife once that happens. Slide down the divisions possibly? They have got a pretty decent junior set up though.

Not sure where you heard this from, but it is simply not true. No deal was put to the club by Greg Anderson during the recruitment process, and there is no "assistant coach arrangement" in place for the club to try and work around.
Old Iggies have assembled a quality group of assistant coaches for next year, including former SANFL players Josh Willoughby and Ant Sheehan, who have been involved with the club in previous seasons. None of them have been brought in to the club by Ando.
