Well it seems the orginal mail was a bit out of whack but not exactly true...
However, you'll guess who just led the charge to make this move official?
“Executive Member” put it up to the Executive Committee and they all agreed that the exec shouldn't comment on safooty under titles linking them to the League"
Good initiative by him.

Re: SAAFL Division 4 2013
Rather than making guesses on who you think will finish top 5, which is really based on not a lot.
How about maybe using the info regarding the number of In's and Out's and tell us more about these players i.e. the 3 we lost all were spuds, or 1 was A grader others were c graders etc. This will at least give the rest of us some useful info to base an opinion on where clubs might finish.
I see players being cleared from a club that they haven't played at for 3 years simply because they haven't played any footy previously. Therefore they have no impact as a loss to the club from last year!

That is a great idea, but do you honestly think people will give that sort of info out?
like you said i clearly guessed on my top 5 and i put my side in there cause you have to put your team in there. I honestly reckon it will be a bloody tough year and i'm very much looking forward to round 1

According to the clearances we have lost 8 and gained 7.
Of the 8 outs 3 were under 18's that went to Greenies. These boys probably wouldn't have broken into the A's this year and would have played B's I would guess
1 was a clearance for 1 game up in the NT
1 was an under 18 to Central United. Don't really know him
1 was a part-time B and C grader that has hardly played over the last few years going to the Hills somewhere
1 is an A grader of quality that came back to us from Gaza, from TTG, from us, from TTG. You get the picture. Good player but hardly what you want at your club
1 is a c grader gone to play with his mates at Modbury
7 ins are hard to judge. A couple look alright, a couple are young blokes and juniors getting cleared from NEMJFA to SAAFL. It's hard to tell but I don't think any will play A's. Maybe 1. Our other apparent signings do not appear on that clearances list yet but I would suggest 2 will play A's
So really we haven't gained or lost...

I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.
