Re: T20 series V England
I'm of the opinion T20 cricket is fantastic for domestic cricket but doesn't really work internationally. Anytime they've had that T20 World Cup I struggle to watch it but will always watch the proper World Cup (ODI).
On our innings tonight I really don't know how Bailey ever played for Australia, I don't think I've ever seen the guy middle a delivery.
In saying that Chris Lynn looks pretty good.

Agreed I prefer domestic t20 cricket over the international offering. However Australia don't take it seriously compared to other countries where t20 is the be all and end all like India and Sri Lanka.

The Big No will get found out,... eventually. I've never rated him.

Are you a professional troll??? He is the highest ranked Australian batsman in the ICC rankings. Played in a 5-0 whitewash and a 4-1series win and helped us set up 214. He has captained Australia and is actually a good bloke from all reports.
Stupid post. Can't remember a post where you actually made something resembling reasonable discussion. Just bagging everyone, everything and making idiotic statements.

Ranked 61 in the world in the batting stakes behind a heap of Kenyan, Zimbabwean and Dutch blokes ive never heard of. Even some Afghan bloke is ranked higher.

What did he contribute in those series? averages of about 25.

hardly pleasant reading.
Only kept his place in the team due to one innings against the Windies where Australia still lost by 70 odd runs.
Do I dare look at his test record.
Hows that for reasonable discussion?

To clarify as my statement on ICC rankings was ambiguous. He is ranked number 4 in the ICC one day ratings that is higher than any other Australian batsman in the 3 forms when I last checked.

Much better TBH. Hasn't proven himself in two forms of the game yet but I believe he will. Has Captained Australia though so when you put him in the same bracket as Brice McGain, Rod Tucker, Scott Muller and Stuart McGill as a bloke it hardly seems fair.
