ringing transadelaide for train and bus times to get to the bay last monday only to get a bum steer from the DH on the phone, luckily i checked on the net when i couldnt believe what time he said i had to get the train from noarlunga stn!

I now ask for them to agree to a value of the vehicle before insuring it with them

yep will do from now on for sure.
I told them to go out and buy me a replacement car to the exact same spec as my wreck and they are getting back to me! f@#ked if I am accepting what they are offering....pricks. Was not even my fault so they should give me top dollar and chase it from the fukwit truck drivers insurance.
