Once he's cooled, they'll be able to pry his gun away....

With all due respect, Charlton Heston wasn't a great actor..he was as wooden as they come, the Tom Cruise of an earlier era. He starred in some great films but to suggest the man was a great actor is laughable.

His best work was up there with the greats...William Shatner, Keanu Reeves, Burt Reynolds, Hayden Christiansen, Steven Segall =D>

No sh1t? That's pretty diverse, jolly, rolly, polly, pooncy tee totaller to rapist!

Don't mean to disrespect the dead, and I am sure that he believed that he was doing the right thing, but he led a few too many gun rallies, hot on the heels of gun massacres, for my liking. That is what I will remember him for most unfortunately.
I thought he was a good actor though. I liked his movies.
RIP. Charlton Heston.

Ditto. I never really saw any of his movies, I just knew he was the head of the NRA...

RIP James Garner.

I enjoyed watching him on the Rockford Files.

Known for being equally proficient on the small screen, as he was in movies.

You disliked him REB my friend.

Proves his acting worth...

There are many actors I despise.

But that shows the calibre of the actor.

R.I.P. Rockford.
