not moving well
but moving well enough to get into positions to play the shots required
Some dreadful bowling to him. Short and wide outside off stump. Terrible really. We have added 51 runs this morning without the loss of a wicket. Very poor from India this morning.
The Indians bowled terribly yesterday, the only bowler doing any good was Ishant Sharma, he was probably unlucky to only get the one wicket. Aaron needs to bring the pace back a bit and worry about line and length and he’d do much better.

Don't think it's very fair on the indians with everyone continually calling them a 'pop gun attack'.
Granted they are largely unknown and proven, but as you pointed out yourself they are bowling on the best batting paradise - i'm sure if this test was at the Gabba or WACA they would have a greater impact.
Bowling up near 150k is anything but pop gun

You are under estimating the mental application to batting in Test Match cricket. Given his injury, lack of preparation and his personal problems it is up there as one of the best knocks in his career.
Same goes to David Warner, sounds like he was all at sea just a few days ago and what ever his missus and/or coaches/psychologist said to him must get credit.

My point is it's arguably not even the best ton in this test match never mind the history of the game

How hard was Smith hitting the ball, great to watch and some great humour from Ian Gould the umpire

Re: Aus v Ind Test Series
Could Smith finish his career as Australia's second greatest ever batsmen for Australia
Correct me if I'm wrong but reckon I heard his 5 test tons is the second most amount of test hundreds by any 25 year old Australian behind the great Don
