Having what looks like 3 guys in the national underage setup looks promising.
Who is Patrick page and what does he do?
Patrick Page Jr is a left hand bat that single handly held South Australia together in the national underage championships 2 years ago......think it was in the under 17's in Hobart he scored a hundred when the rest of the team couldn't get 50 between them......
Senior was also a pretty handy country cricketer. Moved around the state a bit working as a stock agent. Elders, I think. An all-rounder, who may have played SA Country.
You're my only friend, and you don't even like me.
Could be worse NSW offered a postage stamp called Hurstville Oval which was the infield of a bloody Velodrome
My understanding is they want to upgrade number 2 for the Women to play home games at. Railways to replace Glenelg Oval for 2nd first Class standard venue.

Just reward for a good season.. It's good to see these lads be recognised for their good years - hopefully this puts the 'backs in good stead for future seasons.

I reckon it's just a token gesture to shut us southerners up, no matter how many runs or wickets any of them take it will have little impact on their standing in the pecking order.
