Highlight of an average day for the Hawks was the Kransky roll.
I did suggest to the PAOC BBQ Grandmaster at yesterday that the ROCS chilli kranskis are better than his cheese ones and got a Gordon Ramsayesque response...... Then again, PAOC are one of the few BBQs with beetroot in the free salad options
Mate they were awesome. On top of $5 red cans on ice made for a good afternoon for me.
I'm a big one on buying beers over footy clubs bars, after all it's what keeps club a float, $5 cans on ice is perfect I've seen some clubs at $7. That's just encouraging people to take there own beers in.

I rated the lobster and moreton bay bugs from the PAOC BBQ last time I was there.

What's that about?

Ruthless by ROCS.
From an outsider's perspective they were certainly underachieving, given the talent of their list, but not to the extent to bone a senior coach mid-season.

I thought they competed pretty well on Saturday and were better than the 64 point loos might indicate. TTG had to fight hard all day to get the win. ROCS got smashed in the ruck which allowed TTG to win the clearances and they had no one that could control Melville. Give them a competitive ruckman and find a better match up for Melville and that 64 point gap is closed very quickly. The other point is how their B Grade team has dropped off. Premiers last year to easy beats this year. They didn't appear to have too many A Grade options playing in the reserves.

They had plenty of injuries early in year. Not going horribly. Very surprising.

Post rumours and innuendo here;
They must be on drugs to let a coach as good as Jackson go when they are sitting 4th
obviously an off field conflict has occurred and one of either party has had to decide that its best to terminate contract immediately as the dynamics of contract continuation wouldnt be smooth sailing
edit: hopefully it was a disagreement with their C1 umpire and that umpire wont be participating again either for the club.
