Trav, I think Zampa is the better spin option, or are you going for Lyons spot....
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Burns rumoured to have done a little "fist pump" when he heard Bancroft could only halve his score...
Meanwhile Dean and Renshaw continue to cash in

Travis Dean made a ton on debut, a ton in a Shield final, and perhaps a ton today , and perhaps a ton on debut against South Africa in the third test ?

Win the toss and bowl, early wicket pretty handy.
But at 1/120 you have to question if this was the right call by Trav now?
With two front line quicks out and us having a leg spinner playing it was a terrible move
This is Tony Clifton! A name to respect! A name to fear!

3/231 - Renshaw out going the big hit down the ground off Zampa. Hopefully the Redbacks can wrestle back some control from here - pitch looks pretty tame, be good for batting tomorrow for sure..

Would say CA told curators to produce batter friendly pitches to create some confidence

Managed to get a look at the curators preparing the Gabba pitch earlier in the week...

Hope he is OK.
Don't want to bag the bloke while he is down but he should have easily got out of the way of that ball.
He looked slow like he did in his last test match dismissal.
There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.

Lyon out bowled by O'Keefe on day one of the shield game, not that either did well

QLD 6/401
Very difficult to see a result being produced in this match, on this pitch - Redbacks probably best just batting the remainder of the game
Zampa has 4 wickets on a road.. could he be a chance to replace Lyon for the 3rd test?

Needs to do it for a whole season IMO.
