Fitzroy, Woodville South and now Mitchell Pk all sack their reserves coach before the June long weekend. Little unusual I'd have thought?

It's B grade footy FFS what are they expecting - Alastair Clarkson?

They should just stick out the year - they (the club) appoint them, bad luck, see it out.. or pay them out.

p.s .. one from D4R.. one from D6R.. one from D7R... just need one from D5R now - reckon this means i'm under the pump!?

Totally agree. If you don't get it right don't reappoint them at seasons end.

I feel B grade coaches are under appreciated at times (not in my instances) but their job is a lot harder then people give them credit for...

What are the reasons for sacking these coaches?

he ain’t going anywhere.. good B grade coaches are hard to find. Especially the ones that don’t have their own agenda and have the future of the club as their main focus.

D7R is just a grade man, your disdain is disrepectful - just because they're choosing to coach D7R doesn't mean they're not a good coach, nor does it mean they may not be wanted by another club, or be capable of coaching at a greater level.

Unley jets coach a grade coach was our reserve coach in division 6!

Geoff Riddle started coaching St Paul's B grade in Div 7 and went on to win three or so SANFL league flags as a assistant and now coaches SPOC in Div 1 so guess we have no idea

Units with all these outs yet Paul Cree can't get a start in the A grade, they must still be going ok lol

Just played in the National Masters Indoor Cricket carnival (leading run scorer) so probably had other sports a priority

Yep 100%, his priority has not been football with other sports taking the lead so if he wanted to have a game it was B grade only. I am sure he will feature in the A grade soon enough though as he is far too good to be playing B grade.
