In a summary read in court, homicide detectives alleged Mr Pusey ran back to his Porsche, got his iPhone out, and did a lap of the scene filming as Constable Taylor pleaded for help while dying.

Mr Pusey then called his wife in the car and visited his Smith Street doctor. The accused also called an Australian Federal Police (AFP) officer known to him. He allegedly sent the officer the videos and photos that he captured at the scene, before going to sleep.

Mr Pusey's wife also attended court today.

Mr Pusey did not apply for bail when he appeared in Melbourne Magistrates Court charged with offences including dangerous driving, reckless conduct endangering life, failing to render assistance, drug possession and the destruction of evidence.

This **** deserves everything thrown at him! The only good thing he's done in all this is show up to a police station!

F@*kwit didn't even do that. Cops had to go and get him.
The 41-year-old told police he appreciated the fact they wanted him to come in for an interview but said he could not do that, before being arrested the following day.
His lawyer told the court Pusey had mental health issues.

Yes, play that card you f@*ing scumbag.
I apologise.

I think he’ll be better off locked up anyway.

Apparently a ice pipe was found in the cab of the truck.

So much hate flying around social media of late.. are people growing restless and weary from this lockdown stuff? Are we becoming more vengeful, racist and narcissistic the longer this goes on?

So sad, so many people who act entitled and like the world should adhere to their opinions and views.

Why cant everybody love everybody.. :(

I think at the end of this society will be a better place, the phrase "we're all in this together" is an absolute crock of shit at this point of time, all of the hoarding and mistreating of the essential services highlights that.

Moving forward, I reckon people will distance themselves more, will hold personal hygiene in higher regard and basically be more appreciative of the free world that we live in.

Yes, very sorry to hear, LMA. Sometimes it doesn't take much, sadly.

There are a lot of people going from 0-1000 at the moment without thinking what comes out of their mouths or what they write - Those idiots stick out now more than ever. We’ll be better for it in the end overall I’m certain. One of the things I think has helped Australia isn’t just because we are so spread out, but also that Australians as a whole have a self entitled personal space expectation especially when compared to Asia, Europe and parts of the USA.

Don’t get social media and the real world mixed up.

It’s why I don’t use that crap(social media).

Each too their own though.
