Sorry mate, i think its now a setup, fake badges. ANTIFA were behind it, trying to incite people for this weekend.
There will be lots of paid actors getting around on Saturday making it a violent protest. The police will love it, It will be on, make no mistake about it.

I would be very confident it’s fake - first part being the fact not only did they handcuff her, but they cuffed her hands behind her back - generally speaking rear cuffing is a for those who pose a threat.

Handcuffing on arrest isn’t even necessary, it’s used for restraint.

I’m sure Locky could correct if I’m wrong.

Edit: also I’m pretty sure these days, officers must record arrests via a camera or body-cam.

Victoria Police confirmed the woman was taken into custody and charged with incitement. A mobile device was also seized from a Miners Rest address, police said.

The woman was later released on bail and is due to appear in the Ballarat Magistrates' Court in January.

In a statement, Victoria Police said it was taking action as part of an ongoing investigation into the planning and encouragement of protest activity in Ballarat.

Yep, I agree, inciting a protest when the state is in lock down and has reduced case numbers from 700 a day to under 100 and deaths from 20 or more per day to under 10 is outrageous.

Asymptomatic
Asymptomatic means there are no symptoms. You are considered asymptomatic if you:

Have recovered from an illness or condition and no longer have symptoms
Have an illness or condition (such as early stage high blood pressure or glaucoma) but do not have symptoms of it

As such, if you are asymptomatic you don't know you have it.

Yes but do you have a heavily cut and pasted video to support that?

Victoria back up to 113 cases with 15 deaths.

Hard to believe but SOME people just don't get it.

Ha ha, they were hassling Gill about the same thing on TV today, said it would be the first thing he'd do out of quarantine.
Just do what I did at the start of lockdown and buy some clippers, easy and cheaper! :D

I dont think you understand, any health care worker who has been tested for covid is free to continue working until the results are known, why isnt that afforded to the rest of the population? The rest of the population has to self isolate until results are known even if they are asymptomatic
