I think them striking low 60's is more to do with the pitch conditions and quality of the spin bowling, I'd be surprised if Australia plays on a pitch that doesn't help the spinners in this WC, especially against India.
No worries, I haven't been watching, I rely on the forum for my updates and expert analyses.
I also thought this was the place to post judgement without any substance or research.
All good so far - India 3/10...but I feel they must get past Jadeja before they reach 125-150, cause how often do we see anyone down to him rescue their side...

Mitch Marsh dropping simple catch when Kohli was on 12 was the turning point, would have been 4/20. Should have been Alex Carey's catch

Hardly a surprising result up against the home side and tournament favourites who had the conditions stacked in their favour. Plenty of time for the Aussies to turn it around, but if they lose to the Saffers and go zip and 2, we may have to press the panic button.

I still would have expected India to win, even at 4/20 - after all, it was only 200 they needed. Need to grasp all chances though, with so little to play with.
Must win tonight, if we are going to have any impact in this tournament.
Surprisingly, it's not our aging group that's the issue. The underperformers are lads who all should be hitting their prime. GREEN who doesn't deserve to be in the squad let alone the XI. CAREY suffering from a potentially career destroying case of Post Bairstow Stress Disorder CUMMINS been a long time since he has bowled that unplayable jaffa he was capable of ZAMPA his form has tapered drastically in 2023.

Looks like Green out Stoinis in, out of form replacing out of form
