What if the VFL wants to impose restrictions (similar to the SANFL's restrictions ) because the VFL considers PA's reserve side to be stronger than the VFL sides and PA says no thanks we'll stay in the SANFL?

Its not a done deal by a long stretch. PA have APPLIED to join the VFL. The VFL may not accept PA request. As I said in my previous post, the VFL may make demands/requests to PA and PA may decline VFL's counter offer/conditions. It not a done deal, so no celebrating yet (but one can only hope ).

Vfl is owned by AFL. There is no chance I’m afraid of them being rejected
