going through something similar here too. reorganising things to take work from one area, and put it in another because they believe they believe its all the same work, when it clearly isnt... but somehow im just being difficult when point out all the reasons it shouldnt happen, and i need to get on board as others will follow my lead (ive got news for them, the rest of the team already see it as a stupid idea, lol, without my supposed influence, also, anyone that allows themselves to be influenced by me seriosly needs to reassess their life )

We track and trace work in hand ( jobs we're on and updated project management with $$s remaining ), prospecting ( jobs we're hopeful of getting, % chance we think of getting them ) and tenders ( things we've just sent out and have had no feedback on ) via several xls sheets and monthly reports.

Best we enter all of this into ANOTHER system for them to read then, yeah?

Funny how people tend to view it differently when it's a 50yo man with a 32yo lady compared with a 50yo lady and 32yo man.

Meh both adults, both entitled to make bad decisions, go your hardest - might actually work out.

True story, my sister was 19 when she met her husband who was I think 40 at the time.. was pretty gross at the time and wasn't well received, but they ended up married, two kids for 20yrs until she passed away.
