Jase Burgoyne on radio this morning saying they have not discussed their tackling this week after having 19 missed tackles against North.

Poor tackling was one of the reasons Port lost, they were bad at it. After the game supporters were calling for mouth guards at training this week and it hasn’t been mentioned

“A stat we had, I think we were ranked third in the comp for tackle attempts. We just didn't execute our moment in that tackle. So we’ve got to get to work at that definitely. You know, it's in intent and in technique. But again, I keep talking about North but their ability to be able to break some of those tackles, we ‘ve got to look into that ourselves. But from turning up and trying to put those tackles on, our players are in those positions to do it. We just didn't execute.
