Gday kiddies!!!

First night back last night and numbers were good considering the heat.
A grade squad of 20-25 plus and second squad of 40+
Still a few premiership players missing from training which is a biot of a concern so if you see anyone hassle em to get out there!!!

Anyone else looking forward to the triathlons as much as i am???

Now a question Re the building and development. Ive heard conflicting stories.
The construction taking place atm....is that just clubrooms, just changerooms or the combination. If it is the combination ill admit it looks a touch small.....then again i suppose we are doing the most we can with the money we have.

Would think the size is the least of you worries BB.... atleast youll have a solid structure over your head that wont blow over in a strong breeze ;)

Hows the additional oval comming along??? will that be playable this season??

From what i have heard FS the oval wont be used this season, will not be ready.

I agree the size does look small of the clubrooms but you are right FS anything will be better than nothing at this stage, i wouldnt have thouht there would have been plenty of thought gone into this over the last 12 or so years so you would they would get it right!

Was a good session last night! My 30 year old body felt it but i am also better for the run!

I think the new oval is a 3 year process....
Seed and grow it this year.
Let it set next year
Play the following
I understand that was the process used for the original ground at harpers.
2011 for its first use probably.
Feel free to correct me

OK, from wehat I know....
Stage 1 is just changerooms and canteen (bar) at this stage.
Stage 2 will see underground carparking and function rooms
Stage 3 will see Bellagio style casino facilities, health retreat and olympic stadium.

So....... plenty to look forward to folks.
