Salisbury would be one of the last clubs in the league to take the soft option due to financial issues. Not many if any brown envelopes up there.

Secondly, with regard to clubs making decisions to reject the opportunity to be promoted (whoever it may be), as long as clubs, the body who are the league continue to make decisions not in the best interests of the League we're going to keep having issues. It's akin to the inmates running the asylum.

With respect I've heard some complete fiction quoted on here as been said to coaches of North Haven this year. Either your coaches have big imaginations, posters on here are writing fiction or there's some serious Chinese whispers at work.

I'd be amazed, and in all honestly bitterly disappointed if either Kilburn or Salisbury elected not to go up and if such a thought is suggested I would hope the delegates give serious consideration to changing the League rules to prevent this bullshit

Absolutely no way Kilburn would prefer to stay down. We aspire to play the highest grade we can at all times. You people who suggest otherwise are very much mistaken (trouble makers?)

there have been a few gfs that have been won easily in the past few years brahma won by 90 odd points Plympton beat brahma by 100 golden grove smashed westies last year Westminster beat havens by 50 points Blackfriars beat rosewater by 79 as well last year lol plenty of easily won gfs there mate and I forgot to mention Smithfield's 90 point flogging maybe do some research before saying no grand finals are won easily

In 2008 Modbury were up 10 goals to nothing in the Div 2 GF. Flinders Park beat Eastern Park by 11 goals in the same year in Div 3.
