Much like the bat in Wuhan, that appears to have a pulse.

Talking to one customer earlier today he mentioned in his belief the economic damage will take 4/5 years to recover from, and I tend to agree.

So the Aust GDP is $1.2 trillion. The debt racked up already is $400 billion, with more likely to come.

Historically they've limited tax increases for one off levies to 2%, and made them apply to only certain parties, rather than they economy as a whole.

If they wacked a 3% jump on everything, it still takes 11 years.

I recon we'll be dealing with this for longer than 5 years.

Agree, this will be a long time to recover from.

Absolutely idiotic post Amber. I have no comprehension on why you would post something like that on a public forum?

Oh dear

Border Force allowed Ruby Princess to dock

An Australian Border Force officer instructed a Sydney harbour master to allow the troubled Ruby Princess to dock despite as many as 140 passengers in isolation on board, official sources said.

Sources with knowledge of official inquiries into the debacle revealed a conversation took place with the Port Authority of NSW employee and a female Border Force officer in the hours before the ship was due to dock.

Put amber into safooty isolation.
He can only go in one thread, he can only have one other person posting in there at the same time, he can only come out for essential reasons like checking carltons ladder position.
