Just on Port I think it will be interesting see what happens next year with Ryder back. But before that I doubt they will target anymore players, I reckon they'll target the draft now. I wouldnt be surprised to see some of there fringe players traded out for 2nd and 3rd round picks and they start looking at doing deals with the GWS and Sydney in terms of trading more later round picks for higher first and 2nd round picks. Sydney and the GWS will be looking at loading up hard on lost of picks as there is another good crop of Acadamy players coming through again this year and all reports are the Vic clubs are going to bid hard at them. So it would be a good chance to try and possible get another late pick in the first round.
Just what I think will happen.

Port don't have any salary cap room to target any players, they would have to trade something out to do so.
They need to target the draft and develop some more kids as their depth players (Amon, Ah Chee etc) are not consistent enough IMO.

Ebert? Turn over king.
I rate Wines above him for effort and effectiveness.
Ebert doesn't look as sooky as wines and Ebert is just about the only Port Adelaide thing about Port Adelaide.

So in essence quoting me a thrn sort of agreeing with me as i said it looks unlikely and they will target the draft.

I know you're just trolling (although you'll tell us you're dead serious), but what is your point? I expect "it's not rocket science" to feature somewhere in the response.
You're my only friend, and you don't even like me.
