Sigh. Going backwards.

Need to stop buying lunch and having so many coffees during the day, and be more disciplined with alcohol over weekends. Footy season and cold weather ruining me, it’s so easy to comfort eat/drink.

Well in the space of two months I've put on 3kg - took me so long to get down towards 107 now gone backwards.

Need to be more accountable - far too much alcohol on weekends, and dropped off my exercise during the week due to wet, cold, miserable evenings.

Hopefully as footy winds up and the sun stays out longer I can find more time and motivation to get out.

Yeah I find late July/August the hardest months, so bloody hard for so many reasons. Days are getting longer, some more warmth in the air and Ill be joining in on this challenge.
