Thanks MW.

I had a really good month during the year after seeing doc about light headidness / high blood pressure (even went a month off the booze)

Then slipped back into my old ways shortly after..... very bad last 6 months, always eating til I am full and bloated. Lazy. fast food lunches ect.

However done a bit of walking this year and eating better / meal sizes ect (no bread, no fast food ect).

Feel better, not bloated, sleeping better.

Still like beer and will work on my limiting my consumption during the week.

I just want to keep it going this time..... its a battle

whats your routine re: eating / exercise etc ?
New nickname: Jimmy Four Kegs
Option C: all of the above

No bad carbs like bread, pasta and rice
Trying to keep close to 18/6 fasting
Bigger lunches (usually BBQ meat & halloumi) / much smaller dinners
Still drinking low carb cider and red wine + 8-12 litres of water / day
Gym - weights plus x-trainer 3-4 days @ 30 - 60 minutes (depending on how bored I am at the time)
60 minute walk every night with Mrs Jimmy & dogs

I vary between a tin of tuna on a couple of Ryvitas, a protein shake blended with a banana/mixed frozen berries or Danone make a really good yoghurt (YoPRO 15mg protein).

Singapore noodles with corn, capsicum, home grown cherry tomatoes and a dressing of peanut oil (1 table spoon) sesame oil ( 2 teaspoons ) sweet chilli and lime juice (2 tablespoons each ).

In the main my diet is not the problem. Man Shake for breakfast. Apple at 10ish. Wraps, tuna on crackers, salads for lunch and rarely eat bread as it repeats on me and don't do dairy as it races through. Mrs Boon offers up good dinners, either Hello Fresh or a protein and lots of salad / veg.

My weight is a lack of activity and too much beer. I love beer. I mean really love beer so that isn't going. I sit at a desk from 8am to 4pm daily, I need to move more. Simple. It's not rocket surgery.

Understand, but maybe halve your intake on long haul flights.

Celery dipped in Tartar Sauce and say tartar to weight

I'm gunna keep experimenting with celery combinations and see how I go , I have nothing to gain by doing so
